The Aspiring Leaders Programme (ALP) is a nine-month leadership development journey designed to help aspiring and emerging leaders develop the confidence, mindset, practical skills, and self-awareness needed to thrive in today's world.
Through seven carefully designed modules delivered across three leadership themes — Leadership of Self, Leadership of Others, and Strategic Leadership — participants will explore what leadership truly means and develop the capabilities needed to lead effectively in different environments.
Learning takes place through a blend of self-paced learning within the Amaning CareerLift Digital School, reflective journaling, practical leadership activities, coaching conversations, peer discussions, and real-world leadership challenges that encourage participants to apply their learning in meaningful ways.
Participants will also have opportunities to engage in leadership conversations and Q&A sessions with experienced leaders who have faced many of the same doubts, challenges, setbacks, and growth moments that aspiring leaders experience today.
This isn't about sitting through endless presentations.
It's about learning, reflecting, applying, and growing.
It's about becoming the leader you aspire to be.
