Throughout ALP, participants choose a real workplace, community or professional challenge that matters to them. They apply their learning to shape a Leadership Impact Project, then present their approach, learning and intended impact at the end of the programme.

ALP is designed to give you the structure, tools, support and opportunities to grow. What you gain from the programme will depend on how fully you engage with it.
