Amaning CareerLift was founded by Ruth Amaning, a Senior Delivery Leader, Career Coach, and Speaker with a passion for helping people rise.
Ruth’s journey — from humble beginnings to leading at scale across complex UK Government organisations — is the foundation of Amaning CareerLift.
