FOUNDER’s STORY
Amaning CareerLift was founded on a simple belief: where someone starts should not determine how far they can go.
I know this from personal experience. Despite having the ability, ambition and determination to succeed, there were times when I was overlooked.
As my career progressed, I realised that my experience was far from unique. I met talented people facing the same barriers - capable individuals whose potential remained hidden simply because they lacked access to the right support, encouragement and opportunities.
I have seen the difference that timely support can make. A stronger application. A successful interview. A long-awaited promotion. The confidence to lead.

Over the years, I have supported hundreds of individuals to achieve progressions they once believed were beyond their reach.
What began as one-to-one coaching has grown into something much bigger.
My vision is not simply to help people overcome today's barriers. It is to build sustainable pathways that enable individuals to thrive, organisations to develop stronger and more inclusive workforces, and communities to become more resilient and prosperous.
Because when people grow, organisations become stronger. When organisations invest in people, communities benefit. And when communities thrive, opportunities grow for everyone.
