COMMUNITY PROGRESSION HUB

creating pathways for people to grow, thrive & succeed

turning potential into progression, purpose & possibilities

A Connected Model

The Community Progression Hub (CPH) brings together a number of connected pathways that recognise one simple truth:

People rarely need just one type of support.

Why the Community Progression Hub Exists

  • People's lives are rarely defined by a single challenge.

Someone may be searching for employment but struggling with confidence after months of rejection. Another person may have the qualifications but lack the professional networks, digital confidence or understanding of how to navigate today's job market. A young person may simply need someone to help them believe that greater opportunities are possible.

Over the years, through coaching, mentoring, leadership and working alongside diverse communities, we have seen one consistent pattern:

People rarely need just one service—they need the right support at the right time.

  • Across the UK, many excellent organisations provide employment, wellbeing and community support, and we recognise the important role they play.

However, we've also seen that people can still fall through the gaps—not because support doesn't exist, but because real lives rarely fit neatly within the boundaries of a single programme or organisation.

The Community Progression Hub was created to complement existing support by helping people connect the dots between opportunity, confidence, wellbeing and long-term progression.

  • Rather than asking:

"Which service does this person need?"

We begin with a different question:

"What does this person need to move forward?"

    That simple shift changes everything.

It allows us to see the whole person, recognising that confidence, wellbeing, leadership, digital inclusion, aspiration and opportunity are often interconnected. Progress in one area frequently unlocks progress in another.

  • Through five connected pathways, individuals can access the support most relevant to their circumstances today while remaining connected to opportunities that help them continue growing tomorrow.

Our role is not to replace existing services, but to provide personalised guidance, trusted relationships, practical coaching and clear progression pathways while connecting people with the wider support already available across our communities.

  • Lasting change is rarely created through a single intervention.

It is built through consistent encouragement, meaningful relationships, practical opportunities and a community that continues to believe in people's potential long after one programme has ended.

    We don't simply deliver programmes.

We build confidence. Unlock potential. Create opportunities. Develop leaders. Strengthen communities.

Because when one person progresses, the impact extends far beyond the individual—it reaches families, workplaces, communities and future generations.

Our Community Progression Pathways ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Five connected pathways. One shared purpose: helping people move from barriers to opportunity, from potential to progression, and from support to sustainable success.

  • Employment is often the first step towards long-term stability, confidence and independence.

The Career Readiness Pathway supports individuals who are seeking to enter, re-enter or progress within the workplace. This includes graduates, career changers, migrants, returners to work and individuals navigating career transitions.

Support may include career coaching, employability development, confidence building, professional branding, interview preparation, networking, workplace readiness and practical guidance to help participants navigate the UK labour market with greater confidence.

Our aim is not simply to help people secure jobs, but to equip them with the knowledge, confidence and transferable skills needed to build sustainable careers.

  • Leadership is not defined by job title—it is developed through self-awareness, influence, integrity and the ability to create positive impact.

The Leadership Development Pathway supports aspiring, emerging and community leaders to strengthen their leadership capability, develop their confidence and increase their influence within the workplace, voluntary sector and wider community.

The pathway includes our flagship Aspiring Leaders Programme (ALP) alongside future leadership initiatives that encourage individuals to lead themselves effectively, lead others with purpose and contribute positively to their organisations and communities.

As the pathway grows, it will also support wider leadership development opportunities, including community leadership and enterprise leadership.

  • Digital skills have become essential for employment, education and everyday life.

The Digital Inclusion Pathway exists to help reduce digital barriers by improving digital confidence and access to learning opportunities.

Support may include developing confidence in using computers and digital devices, navigating online services, completing online applications, using productivity software and strengthening the practical digital skills increasingly required within modern workplaces.

We believe digital inclusion is an important enabler of opportunity, helping individuals participate more fully in employment, learning and community life.

  • Young people deserve opportunities to discover what is possible before limitations shape what they believe is achievable.

The Youth Aspiration Pathway seeks to inspire young people by exposing them to positive role models, new experiences and opportunities that broaden their horizons.

Working alongside community organisations, schools and youth partners, this pathway aims to encourage confidence, ambition and informed decision-making through activities such as career inspiration, life skills development, mentoring, financial awareness, workplace exposure and leadership experiences.

By helping young people recognise their potential early, we hope to support the next generation in making confident choices about their future.

  • Personal wellbeing often underpins an individual's ability to thrive in education, employment and everyday life.

The Wellbeing & Stabilisation Pathway recognises that practical progression sometimes requires additional support beyond employability or leadership development.

Rather than duplicating existing services, this pathway seeks to connect individuals with appropriate sources of support through trusted community partnerships and referral networks.

Areas of support may include emotional wellbeing, social connection, financial wellbeing, confidence recovery, physical activity, community engagement and access to specialist services where appropriate.

By helping individuals access the right support at the right time, we aim to remove barriers that may otherwise prevent long-term progression.
