COMMUNITY PROGRESSION HUB
creating real pathways for real people to grow, thrive & succeed
turning potential into progression, purpose & possibilities
What if support didn’t come in fragments…
…but as one connected journey?
Too many talented people are held back, not because they lack potential, but because support is often fragmented, short-term, or difficult to access.
The Community Progression Hub exists to change that.
A journey that helps people move from uncertainty to confidence, from barriers to opportunity, and from survival to sustainable progression.
This is more than a programme — It is a pathway to lasting change.
a bigger vision for community impact
The Community Progression Hub is a data-driven, impact-focused platform designed to support ethnic minorities, migrants, young people, and underserved communities to overcome barriers, access opportunities, and progress into meaningful careers, leadership, wellbeing, and long-term economic independence.
Our vision goes beyond helping people secure jobs. We are building a connected ecosystem to support people holistically and move people from uncertainty to confidence, from exclusion to opportunity, from survival to sustainable progression.
The Hub combines practical employability support, wellbeing interventions, leadership development, digital inclusion, mentoring, and community partnerships into one structured progression model — designed to deliver measurable, long-term impact.
At the heart of the Hub is a simple belief:
People do not just need motivation or temporary support — they need clear pathways, trusted guidance, practical tools, and connected opportunities that help them grow, progress, and thrive long-term.
By bringing together community organisations, employers, wellbeing providers, educators, volunteers, and strategic partners, we aim to create a more joined-up and accessible system of support that unlocks potential and strengthens communities.
Where are we now
PHASE 1 PILOT
The Community Progression Hub is already live, with self-funded pilot activities beginning in 2023 through the Career Readiness Pathway. Since then, the impact has continued to grow, extending beyond local communities to wider communities across the UK.
The Career Readiness Pathway focuses on building confidence, employability skills, CV development, interview preparation, career direction, and practical progression support. Through coaching, mentoring, and structured support, participants have gone on to secure employment opportunities, improve confidence, and make meaningful career progress.
PHASE 2 PILOT
The Wellbeing & Stabilisation Pathway was launched in April 2025 in partnership with Medicare Foundation. This pathway began with a small pilot cohort and continues to grow as more individuals step forward to engage with the programme.
The pathway currently includes ladies only swimming sessions, tennis activities (Ages 5–16), and other wellbeing-focused initiatives designed to support physical health, emotional resilience, confidence, social connection, and overall wellbeing.
As part of the Monday women’s swimming programme, participants’ blood pressure readings are taken before and after sessions. This has already helped identify underlying health concerns that some participants were previously unaware of, leading to GP referrals and earlier intervention where needed.
Both the swimming and the tennis project have resulted in noticeable improvements wellbeing, alongside positive feedback relating to reduced stress, improved physical fitness, increased confidence, better emotional states, and stronger social connection.
We are continuing to test, refine, and strengthen these pathways to better understand long-term community needs, measurable outcomes, and sustainable impact.
WHAT NEXT — Phase 3 PILOT
Phase 3 pilot of the Community Progression Hub (CPH) will officially commence in September 2026 with the launch of the first cohort of the Aspiring Leaders Programme (ALP) — a 9-month transformational leadership and personal development journey designed to help aspiring and emerging leaders grow in confidence, communication, strategic thinking, leadership identity, and long-term progression.
Phase 3 will support the continued strengthening of the wider CPH model through participant feedback and measurable outcomes.
Our goal is not simply to deliver programmes, but to build sustainable, community-led pathways that empower individuals, strengthen confidence, improve wellbeing, unlock opportunities, and create lasting long-term impact across communities.
As we continue to grow, refine, and expand the vision, we remain committed to creating practical, accessible, and transformational opportunities that help people move from uncertainty to confidence, progression, and purpose.
how we plan to deliver this
We will deliver through a connected, pathway-based model that brings together coaching, mentoring, wellbeing support, leadership development, digital inclusion, and access to opportunities.
Our approach will be practical, personalised, and outcome-focused — helping people move from uncertainty to confidence, from barriers to progress, and from support into sustainable long-term change.
We will work with partners across community, health, education, employment, and voluntary sectors to ensure support is joined-up, accessible, and responsive to real needs.
