Community Progression Hub (In Development)

Turning potential into pathways. Turning aspiration into achievement.

What if support didn’t come in fragments…

…but as one connected journey?

What if a young person didn’t just get help with a CV, but was guided into confidence, direction, opportunity, belief in themselves, and progression?

The Community Progression Hub is our vision for a more joined-up, structured, and impact-focused model of support.

  • The Community Progression Hub is being developed as a data-driven, impact-focused platform designed to support ethnic minorities, migrants, and underserved communities into employment, wellbeing, and economic independence.

It is built on the belief that people do not just need isolated interventions. They need clear pathways, trusted support, and opportunities that connect together.

  • The Hub is designed to meet people where they are — whether they are facing low confidence, digital exclusion, unemployment, language barriers, lack of direction, or limited access to opportunity.

From there, it will help them move toward measurable outcomes including:

    • employment and income generation

    • training and career progression

    • improved confidence and wellbeing

    • greater independence and inclusion

  • The Hub will be delivered through a phased, pilot-led approach.

We will begin with targeted pathways, gather learning and evidence, refine the model, and expand delivery over time.

This approach allows us to prioritise quality, prove impact, and build a sustainable model that can scale.

  • The Community Progression Hub is currently in development.

We are refining the model, gathering evidence, strengthening partnerships, and shaping a delivery approach that is both robust and scalable.

This stage is focused on readiness, learning, and laying the foundations for meaningful long-term impact.

  • Too many people with talent, ambition, and potential are held back by fragmented support, systemic barriers, and limited access to opportunity.

The Community Progression Hub exists to change that.

By creating connected pathways rather than disconnected interventions, we can support more people into sustained employment, stronger wellbeing, and long-term progression.

  • We are actively building partnerships, exploring funding opportunities, and engaging organisations that share our commitment to inclusive, measurable impact.

Whether you are a funder, employer, community partner, or supporter, we would love to connect and explore what we can build together.
